Department Manager

Department Managers are responsible for managing one of the 3 departments in the restaurant. Kitchen Departmennt, People Department, or  Production Manager.

Responsiblities include managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Each Department has a compliment of crew to support that Department.

 

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a shift manager and 3 months as a Department Manager.

 

Crew

Greets customers with a smile. Take accurate food orders. Prepare world famous food products. Keeps restaurant clean. Keep work station well stocked. Works with other crew and managers to meet goals during your shift.

 

Requirements: 

Must have a passion for working with people.  Must be eager to learn new tasks.
