Leads restaurant staff in providing outstanding customer service, gold standard quality of food in a clean restaurant.

Manager is responsible for managing the profitabity of the restaurant. Adequately staffing the restaurant, training the crew and hourly managers. In addition to maintaining the physical plant and restaurant equipment.

Responsibilitie include overseeing the crew schedule, execution of promotions, inforcing food safety standards.

 

Requirements:

                      Minimum of 2 years General Manager Experience

                      Hamburger University Graduate

                      Bilingual English/Spanish a Plus

Shift Manager

Leads crew on theirs shifts to deliver outstanding hospitality to customers.  while maintaining a safe and clean restaurant.  Shift managers are responsible for enforcing food safety standard and completing daily food safety checks.

Shift managers may complete crew schedules and order product.

 

Requirements:

                      Must have 6 mos. McDonald's management  experience

                      Must have outstanding customer service skills
