Donation Request

Bland Management is committed to helping organizations in our community; we take pride in giving back.  We are place

priority of assisting non-profit making groups within the locations of our restaurants. Please fill out the attached donation form.  We will review your request and get back with you in a timely manner once we make our decision. We try to give back to the community as much and as often as possible, we will consider all requests, however we are unable to honor all of the request that we receive.  In order to be fair to all organizations, the following guidelines must be followed. 

 

 

               PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

               FOR NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS ONLY

               ALL DONATION REQUEST FORMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ORGANIZATION LETTER HEAD

               ALL DONATION REQUEST MUST BE RECEIVED 45 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT IN ORDER TO BE         

               CONSIDERED

               A RECEIPT ON ORGANIZATION LETTERHEAD MUST BE PROVIDE UPON RECEIPT OF THE                

               DONATION
